Refund policy

Return Policy (30 Days) You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return To initiate a return, contact us at shop@aamsah.com. After your return is accepted, you will need to send the item to our designated address. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on certain types of items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (beauty products). Final Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges For the quickest service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at shop@aamsah.com.
